If you are interested in playing D1 athletics in college, you need to complete 16 core courses while in HS: English 4 years - Mathematics 3 years - Natural/Physical Science 2 years, Additional Math/English/Science - 1 year Social Science 2 years - Additional courses from any of these areas - 4 years
There are some different regulations for those wishing to participate in D2 athletics.
