Yes! Even though you may believe that you will not qualify for financial aid, it never hurts to try. You may be surprised and find out that you actually do qualify, but if not, the FAFSA still should be completed. If a student does not qualify for federal or state aid, they may qualify for institutional aid, but generally that is distributed after a college see the results of a FAFSA submission, so yes, apply regardless!
