TECHNICAL CAPACITIES REQUIRED TO WORK WITH SPANONE PROSPECTS/CLIENTS:

• Video chat (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc)
• Shared e-documents (Google docs, etc)
• Email
• Telephone
• Text/SMS

COUNSELOR'S AVAILABILITY FOR SPANONE PROSPECTS AND CLIENTS:

• Year-round
• Accessible to client through Spring of senior year and evaluation of acceptance letters

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHEDULED MEETINGS WITH SPANONE CLIENTS:

• Quarterly for 9th/10th graders
• Monthly for 11th graders
• Weekly for 12th graders
• Response to unscheduled SpanOne inquiries within 48 hours

PRICING AND PAYMENTS:

• SpanOne offers only comprehensive packages; pricing and payment schedules are dependent on student’s grade and needs - the most popular packages are published on the SpanOne website
• Services, pricing, and payment schedule will be detailed in invoices sent to SpanOne prospect/client
• SpanOne will invoice and collect fees from client per the schedule agreed to prior to Signup
• 60% of fees collected from the student will be sent to counselor within 2 weeks of SpanOne receiving those fees - SpanOne processes counselor payments on the 1st and 16th of every month

COMMUNICATIONS:

• Counselor’s relationship with SpanOne is non-exclusive
• Counselor's communications with SpanOne prospects/clients will contain no mention of or links to counselor's website or businesses
• Counselor has been assigned a unique SpanOne email address to be used exclusively with SpanOne prospects. Copy (cc: or bcc:) support@spanone.com on all SpanOne prospect communications

HONOR SYSTEM:

• Counselor will not write for the student
• Counselor will not help student cheat
• Counselor will not solicit work, referrals, or references from SpanOne prospects/clients for compensation outside the SpanOne relationship
• Counselor will refer back to SpanOne any requests for work, referrals, or references that may come directly to counselor but sourced from SpanOne prospects/clients
• Counselor will maintain privacy of all data obtained from SpanOne prospects and clients

BACKGROUND CHECK:

SpanOne may periodically order a background check on each active counselor. Results of that report will be shared with the counselor upon request.
